10 weeks of shows will be filmed for season five of Poker After Dark. They will stick with tournaments for the most part, but more cash games will be added. The Golden Nugget is the new host casino. Filming runs from October 26 to November 5, and the new shows will start airing December 30.

The three remaining weeks of season four have been pushed back to early 2009. Season 5's air date has been pushed back to an indeterminate time.
Filming of season five is underway. There's a picture of match 1 on 2+2 and it shows three online poker stars with Doyle: Taylor "Green Plastic" Caby, Cole "CTS" South, and David "Raptor" Benefield. The number of cash games is still unknown, other than it will be more than the two in season four.
At least it looks like Doyle: I can't tell for sure.

Another picture has been posted on that thread. The lineup is durrrr, Patrik, Howard, Eli, Ziigmund, and Ivey. Wow. No indication yet if it's a cash game.
The incredible lineup in the previous comment has been confirmed as a cash game.
Daniel Negreanu provided the lineups for the three PADs he'll be playing in season 5. One of them is incredible:
Oct 30th: Once again I'll be playing on Poker After Dark only this time it will be under the cash game format against the likes of: Phil Ivey, Patrik Antonius, Tom Dwan, Gus Hansen, and Phil Hellmuth.
